The membership adopted its By-Laws in a referendum concluded on 31 December
2011. The NGAA-East By-laws, as amended, provide the purpose and operating principles of the
organization ,as well as eligibility requirements and responsibilities of
its officers.
The Board is committed to implementing specific policies and guidelines issued by the NGAA Board of Directors.
